How long is the turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 2-3 weeks after receiving the tool.

Do I need an RMA number?
M.W. Bevins does not require a RMA number.

What is the cost to calibrate a tool?
It is $75 to test, clean, and calibrate for Hotline tools.
Capstan labor is $85. Strap Hoist labor is $35.
