It’s all about the Expo!
The event began with the International Lineman’s Rodeo Expo 2015 on October 15-16 at the Overland Park Convention Center in Kansas. And Bevins Co. was there to kick it off right!
We made a show of our state-of-the-art tools and tech for lineman, and got to hang out with the hardest working Americans in the country. Including, spending time with the Hubbell guys in booth #201.
Not only that, but we got to meet quite a few kiddos who came by to get their free CHANCE Lineman Grade T-Shirts too. We think we have a whole bunch of future linemen coming up the ranks soon.
Rodeos and Heroes.
Saturday, the 32nd Annual International Lineman’s Rodeo commenced in Bonner Springs, Kansas, hosted by Kansas Power & Light and Westar Energy. Of course, the purpose of these events is to bring together the most skilled guys of the trade. To always be working hard to be the best we can be, and to compete, well, just for fun.
Why we do what we do.
The competition involves tons of hard work and focus as teams contend in traditional events based on lineman skills and exercises that test the strength of each lineman. Hundreds of people show up to watch the competitors, and enjoy seeing the skill and determination each lineman has.
Reimagining Safety
Bevins has always been proud to produce the best of the best tools for linemen, and we keep re-imagining safety and efficiency in the field. It all starts with a “What if we could…?” These competitions help us prove the extreme awesomeness and safety of our products. And the competitors give us countless reasons to get out job done right.
