The 4th Annual NSUJL Rodeo

The 4th annual NSUJL Rodeo will be held in Clearfield County Fairgrounds, PA. The entries are due by May 15th. Click here for more info!

Tennessee Valley Linemen’s Rodeo

Started in 1998 by the employees of the Tennessee Valley Authority power distributors, the Tennessee Valley Linemen’s Rodeo is a two-day competition which includes events for apprentices, journeyman teams of three, and much more. Continue reading here.

24th Lone Star Linemen’s Rodeo

The 24th Lone Star Linemen’s Rodeo is presented by the Southwestern Public Service Company and Xcel Energy Company, and is held in Amarillo, Texas. Click here to register.

Public Power Lineworkers Rodeo

Established in 2001 by the American Public Power Association (APPA), the Public Power Lineworkers Rodeo is where public power lineworkers come together from all over the United States and some U.S. territories to demonstrate their skill and knowledge in the craft of linework.

At the Rodeo, journeyman and apprentice lineworkers can compete for professional recognition, attend training courses and practice essential skills in a safe environment. Furthermore, attendees will have a unique opportunity to connect with and learn from the nationwide community of lineworker professionals. Continue reading…
