First you must package your product. Make sure it is well protected. Inside the box you will need to include some information so we know who the product belongs to and how to get it back to you. Please write the following information on a piece of paper and stick it in the box with your product.

The cost to have a tool tested, cleaned, and calibrated is:
$100 per unit for Hot Line tools
$110 per unit for Capstan Hoists
$320 per unit for Torque Indicators
Any additional repairs will be priced separately and included in your quote. If you decline a repair, there will still be an evaluation fee of $95 for Hot Line tools and $105 for Load Handling tools. The old unit will not ship until a release form has been signed and returned to us.
Our technicians will inspect your product(s) after we receive your package. We will contact you as quickly as possible with a quote for the cost. Our experts will restore and/or calibrate your products and then we will ship it back to you.
Estimated turnaround time is 2 to 3 weeks. This is the estimated amount of time it will take us after we receive your package. The time is just an estimation, it may take longer depending on circumstances.
